Summary
This report was prepared in response to the undated request for proposals (RFP) prepared by the Town of Wilmington (the Town) and issued in December 2002 regarding the South Wilmington Water Sutdy in Wilmington, MA. The report was prepared based upon many meetings with and comments from the CAP, review of numerous background reports and some more recent correspondence, and the objectives described in the RFP. While the report describes significant findings associated with our review and assessment, this letter relates our findings to recommendations for the Town and the CAP with regard to restoration and further protection of the Maple Meadow Brook Aquifer
